巴西鸭毛进口报关流程

（1）水洗鸭毛，属于初加工产品。货物进口前，在境外必须经过水洗，干燥，等简单初加工处理。未经加工原产品由于杂物太多，甚至带有动物血迹等，并且异味比较大。

（2）水洗鸭毛，用途主要是填充于羽绒被、羽绒服、抱枕、沙发、睡袋等产品做保暖用。其保暖效果主要体现于产品的含绒量。货物价格主要取决于货物的含绒量，正常情况下含绒量高的其价格相应高一点，所以申报要素中含绒量是比较关键。

（3）申报单证除了常规的合同箱单发票以为。关键是需要提供国外原产地证以及检疫证明。原产地证，证明产地以确定该产地区养殖场是否出现有病役情况，如果属于自贸协议国家还可以关税优惠。

（4）进口流程：确定贸易条款--国外出口报关--订舱--海运--进口清关

港口申报流程:船公司补料—换单—报检—报关—交税---查验/放行。
Port declaration process: replenishment of materials by shipping company - replacement of documents - Inspection Application - customs declaration - tax payment - Inspection / release.
根据查验情况，可能有要求送样检测水洗鸭毛含水率，含绒量，耗氧量，蓬松度等指标。

（5）目前由于国家持续出台鼓励进口的相关优惠政策，进口成本也不断降低。
