一、进口食品需要办理的手续：
1.进口公司需到shagnjian局做进口食品收货人备案，获取备案号（须有食品批发证或者食品销售证明）。
2.在获取备案号后，到进口shagnjian局做进口食品中文标签备案，申请资料2份[标签审核申请表、中文标签样张纸质版及小于250K的电子版，按GB预包装食品标签通则）及相关产品标准制作）、原标签及中文翻译件（纸质版及小于250K的电子版）、反映产品特定属性的证明材料等。
3.食品标签做好后，可安排食品提前报检，提供单证：贸易合同/信用证、invoice、装箱清单、原产地证/合法生产销售证明原件、中文标签检验备案相关资料 、输出国家或地区的检验证书。
4.出具通关单，haiguan报关，出具税单，进口食品收货人缴纳关shui增值shui，haiguan放行，安排货物进境。
5.货物到达进口口岸后，shagnjian对食品进行查验和抽样送检，商.检.查验后过海.关.通道，（海.关.如布.控，则海.关.需要查验）
6.查验放行后，货物应放到商.检.局认可的仓库存放，并加贴中文标签，（可国外加贴中文标签）
7. 送检结果出来后，合格的签发《卫生证书》，进口商/代理商/经销商/收货人获得合格的《卫生证书》后方可销售使用该批食品。不合格的签发“检验检疫处理通知书”，报检人要求索赔的，可申请出具不合格《卫生证书》。报检人应按照处理意见进行处理。
