  为保证3C产品认证制度的有效实施，依据有关规定，现将汽车产品认证执行新版标准的有关要求明确如下：

  一、自2013年9月17日起至2018年1月1日，申请人可自愿选择按照新版标准或者旧版标准申请认证。

  二、对已按旧版标准实施认证的产品，申请人应于2017年7月1日前提交转换新版标准认证3C认证证书的申请，接受资料审核、型式试验和报告审核，完成按新版标准的产品确认工作，换发新的认证3C认证证书。旧版标准认证3C认证证书转换工作应于2018年1月1日前完成，未完成3C认证证书转换工作的，暂停旧版标准认证3C认证证书；3个月仍未完成3C认证证书换版工作的，撤销旧版标准认证3C认证证书。
